Stay strong our children need us. Who are we to insist why? Only God knows why, all we need to do is believe and not give up!! :D This applies to all parents not just fathers and not just mother. Comment by Kelly Barr on September 25, 2009 at 6:17am: I am in a custody battle over my daughter Ciara (5 1/2 yrs ols). The constant court and attorney fees have made me desolate. I gave him our daughter May 26 th 2009, because I have no home to bring her to. Less than three weeks later he sued me for Sole Custody. I am unable to see Ciara except when Dad says I can. He wants me to visit Ciara while I am working how is that possible for me to do? I don't know what school my daughter goes to, her teahers name, or when I will get to see her again. The court case and him trying to control this situtation has been going on for five years and this is the second time he has sued me for Sole custody of Ciara. He is also the reason I was brought to court by Crystal's dad and lost custody of her, this is three custody cases in five years. I am broke! When Ciara lived in my home I made sure she saw her dad 6 days a week and he only allows me when he decides its ok.
