ABOUT THE SUPERIOR COURT, FAMILY PART, JUDGE, WHO RUINED OUR LIVES ON FEB 06, 2004

I'D LIKE TO SAY A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FAMILY COURT JUDGE WHO RUINED OUR LIVES WITH THIS CPS CASE.......
First of all,
I had no idea this WOMAN was as young as she is...I found her pic in robeprobe. com !! AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE SHE IS THIS YOUNG...
SHE REALLY SOUNDS LIKE AN OLD LADY IN THE AUDIO TAPE!!

I've had the pleasure of listening to this .....woman speak during the horrific biased cps hearing of my son and his now ex wife on Feb 06, 2004...

I had the audio tape of the hearing; ex daughter in law was able to obtain it; after we got the tape, her defense atty, AJ, requested to be removed from this cps case; after I heard the audio taped hearing in it's entirety, I dont blame AJ for excusing himself from this case;

HOWEVER, I LOOK FORWARD TO SEE HIM IN FRONT OF THE ETHICS COMMITTEE....THIS CREEP COULD HAVE HAD ME TESTIFY AS A REBUTTLE WITNESS, BUT HE CHOSED NOT TO...

Anyway, this superior court family judge had something in commen with all of the defense attorneys in this case:
THEY ALL WORKED FOR THE SAME PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE....DUH...isnt this a conflict of interest for the judge to hear a case defended by an ex co worker???

oh, and one more thing; I, MYSELF, USED TO WORK FOR THE VERY SAME PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE IN 1996!! SMALL WORLD, HUH? EXPLAINS WHY DEFENSE ATTY AJ DIDNT WANT ME TO TESTIFY..
OK, AT LEAST ONE REASON...(we used to be co workers, and AJ was an idiot back then, trust me)

BUT LET ME GET TO THE BEST PART...during a moment or 2 of that hearing on Feb 6, 2004, Def Atty AJ requested that my ex daughter in law's father be guardian of my grandson,;
asst district atty, FM, objected, because this 'maternal grandfather' had not only a criminal record (for distribution and possession of drugs),
but he had been encarcerated for these criminal offenses!! HOW BOUT THAT...

so, guess what the ....fam crt judge said????

AFTER SHE GIGGLED, SHE SAID:
"""SO? EVERYBODY DID DRUGS IN THE 70'S!!!!""""

I'D LIKE TO SAY SOMETHING TO THIS ......WOMAN...FIRST OF ALL, oh, is that fkg right???
I NEVER TOOK DRUGS IN THE 70'S, OR 80'S OR ANYTIME IN MY LIFE, YOU DUMB STUPID .......
SO THAT COMMENT YOU MADE WAS COMPLETLY STUPID, UNCALLED FOR, HIGHLY PREJUDICIAL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE TO MAKE.....

AND I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN """"doing drugs in the 70's""" (as she stated on the record during this cps hearing)

AND ACTUALLY SPENDING QUALITY TIME IN A FEDERAL PRISON FOR SELLING, DISTRIBUTING DRUGS AND POSSESSION OF PARAPHANELLIA... as this guy did, over the course of about 12 months...

OR CAN YOU BE THAT STUPID???
OH YEA, YOU USED TO WORK FOR THE PUBLIC PRETENDERS OFFICE, YOURSELF.....so you can be that stupid...for making the stupid biased contradictory comment, and for sticking up for a classified drug dealer.. oh, what's the word?.....CONVICTED FELON??????
and i aint talkin about aspirin....sugar...i'm takin bout coke, in powder form

AND BY THE WAY, THIS DRUGGIE GUY WAS ASKED TO PEE IN A CUP TO ENSURE THAT HE NO LONGER TOOK DRUGS......WELL, HE NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE COURT APPOINTED FACILITY TO PEE IN A CUP, SO INSTEAD, THE DA'S OFFICE ALLOWED HIM TO BRING IN A CUP OF PEE...TO COURT (duh?)

GUESS WHAT, YOUR ROYAL HIGHNESS??? THAT PEE THAT THE DRUGGIE PRESENTED TO YOU IN YOUR PATHETIC HYPOCRITICAL COURT ROOM WAS NOT HIS.....HE HAD HIS BROTHER PEE IN THE CUP..

IF YOU HAVE A LAB TECH OR DOCTOR LOOK AT THE LAB RESULTS OF THIS 'PEE,' THEN YOU WILL FIND THAT THE PROVIDER OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PEE IS A CLASSIFIED "DIABETIC," AND WE ALL KNOW THAT THE DRUGGIE'S BROTHER IS A JUEVY ONSET DIABETIC.....TA DA....

SO SORRY FOR THAT ....NO REBUTTLE WITNESS TO TESTIFY THAT PEE DID NOT BELONG TO DRUGGIE,
AND NO ONE TO TESTIFY THAT DRUGGIE WAS NOT AND NEVER WAS A '''DIABETIC'' OF ANY KIND...
BUT DID ANYONE ACTUALLY POINT OUT THAT THE CONTRIBUTOR OF THE PRESENTED 'PEE' ACTUALLY BELONGED TO A DIABETIC...??? OR TO THE CONVICTED FELON??????

HOW CAN ANYONE VERIFY WHO THE PEE IN THAT CUP ACTUALLY BELONGED TO????? OR CAME OUT OF???

THE EXTENT OF THE STUPIDITY OF SOME SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES IS AMAZING..
FOR ALLOWING FALSE REPORTS TO BE PRESENTED IN SUPERIOR COURTROOMS,
TO ALLOW STATE WITNESSES /EMPLOYEES TO PRESENT FALSE TESTIMONY...
AND NOW....TO ALLOW CONVICTED FELONS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT FALSE PEE...

OR THE OPPORTUNITY TO MISREPRESENT SOMEONE ELSE'S PEE AS THEIR OWN!! oh i kid u not...

ok, so i'm a lil pissed over this, wouldnt you be??? WHY THE HELL DIDNT SHE ORDER A BLOOD TEST???

I CANT TELL YOU HOW HONORED I FEEL THAT THIS WOMAN, WHO ONCE WORKED FOR THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE, GOT PROMOTED TO SUPERIOR COURT, FAMILY PART, AND NOW CONVENIENTLY WORKS IN THE APPELLATE DIVISION....

SO IF WE APPEAL MY SON'S CPS CASE, DOES THIS BIASED JUDGE GET TO DENY OUR APPEAL...
NOW THAT SHE'S IN THE APPELLATE DIVISION...

OH WELL, THIS IS JUST ALL OLD PEE TO ME ANYWAYS...besides,
not only do i have a copy of the court order for this pee, but i've got a copy of the pee's lab results
& I surely will enjoy presenting this pee business to the judicial review board...
and i would appreciate if people will stop telling me to stop crying over spilt milk...

hello...thanks for the request.Ur case is prevelant in courts all over NJ.I have the same prob with my judge here in Camden County.He saw it fit to give me visitation only and holidays for 9 years.I told him their dad did nothing but bad talk me.Well i am the winner now..my 17yr old son saw his show and told him to get him the hell out of there.he has been with me since June except for about 2 weeks during that time till now
Dont lose hope!!!!!If i can help u let me know.
