13 cases against NJ DYFS (cps) filed in federal court since 030404, last one this past week!! 10/08

As of this week, week of October 05, 2008, there had been 13 cases filed with the Office of Civil Rights against the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services (NJ DYFS, AKA: CHILDREN'S PROTECTIVE SERVICES or children's parental slayers, depending how you look at them)

I do not have PACER to check into these cases, and have no idea if any of these cases are closed, but I'm waiting for someone to get back to me....I'd like to share with everyone the fact that these brave parents had the guts and gall to fight back against the corrupted officials and employees of this horrific agency known as CHILDREN'S PROTECTIVE SERVICES....

I PLAN TO FOLLOW THESE BRAVE SOULS WITH JUST AS MUCH CONFIDENCE TO CONFRONT THE LIARS OF A GOVERNMENT OFFICE!!!

hi my name is dayna. i dont have my children removed from me yet....but my case worker is doing everything possible...she has yelled at my child...i told my lawyer and he didnt even mention this to the judge..."public defender"....she has told me to turn my childrens room into a storage room and have them sleep on my bed and me and my husband sleep on sofe.."weird".....she has told me to throw away my childrens toys cause they have too many....( there is no such thing as too many toys for a child"....she sends me aides that also yell at my children..and when i tell her they have yelled at my child she says i have violated my court order....my aide disappeared after xmas...i didnt see her for 2 weeks....and dyfs said they have reports from the aide stating she was comming and i wasnt opening the door...LIE.....i have a recording of her saying that she never gave that report to the dyfs worker.....the aide was replaced with a different one....case worker accusing me of neglecting my children..because my 4 year old is behind in school..another lie....she expects him to know how to write is name and address and know his phone number by heart....HE IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD!!!...she has made so many LIES in her reports..she says my house is dirtys....yet my aides say it is never dirtys...and judge doesnt even make his own ruling he asks the dyfs worker what she wants done....i dont want my children removed..i know what she is doing is wrong....but i cant find anyone who will help me..i know i can take that woman to court and sue.....but how....what are my rights against her..where do i go to find what my rights are against her....

gloria cameron-walton,in bayonne nj lied UNDER OATH perjury to keep HER child,now the
girl is all messed up abused,physically sexually etc. and that is sad because it just show u that
if you are a great mother,fit parent no drugs NO alcohol shit you can lose your kid,and then the
kid is later abused,emotionally sexually drugged up on meds by dyfs cps workers,etc. but at least now she can help others and fight even harder after getting her suits filed etd. and finding

In dec of 2007 while attempting to walk my daughter fell. I took her to the hospital were she was misdiagnosed with a sprained ankle. Two days later she leg was badly bruised and swollen so, i took her back to the hospital were they preformed an xray and found three fractures in her left leg. Automatically they assumed i had injured my daughter and dyfs was called they contacted the police and my other three childrn were removed from my home with no proof that there was ever any abuse. ive been fighting to prove my innocents ever since. In august, while taking my daughter to the docters i discovered that my doctor was diagnosed with osteogensis imperfecta dyfs never inform me of this condition. In sept. the judge ruled that there was not enough evidence of abuse so my children were to be return as soon as i passed the final phyic evaluation. On oct.14 i along with my husband were arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse. if there is anyone that can help me please call me at 201-658-2461.

Bottom line DYFS sucks, corruption at it's finest. I need to get on Pacer myself and check out a few cases. I just got my new registration in the mail, you too can get it, don't delay do it today.
