I have it on good authority that AFRA was instrumental in helping return the kids in El Dorado. I don't always agree with AFRA or their political views and they don't degree with mine but dealing with psychopaths and tyrants is certainly not an exact science.

You are doing one thing correctly by attacking, now spend some of your resources attacking child protection as visiously as you are attacking AFRA.

Wow, she made a big mistake filling a "slapp" and can be held liable in such a suit. Bill will be able to slapp back as I believe he has done and recover any losses in the appeal. Sounds like she made a poor choice and could be responsible for thousands in financial loss. Is there an arbitration date set? She'll gain no ground being litigious in a Slapp suit.

Shell filed the Slapp suit shes playing lawyer pro-se so too speak and she lost and appealed and from what i seen of her other cases she will take that baby all the way untill the court saids the final No :+}

So outside of the case one of them filed a Strategic lawsuit against public participation (Slapp suit). And now there is an anti slapp. Slapp suits are very difficult to win and usually whomever files them is making a big mistake, unless they have money to burn, then it becomes a strategic move.

Last I heard Ms. Shell was in Colorado, she does have interesting documents. I remember looking up the case gezzz I think it was about a year and a half ago, I'm surprised they haven't settle the civil suit yet. I might have to look up the docket and see what's been going on.
