There is a war going on for your mind

You are bombarded constantly with the agendas of others in this war thats going on for your mind. One commercial insists your life will be filled with bliss if you could only get a prescription from your doctor for the latest drug, the next asks you to join in the class-action lawsuit against the makers last drug you couldn’t live without. One convinces you to go out tonight to the fancy restaurant for the greatest meal of your life, the next offers the latest diet plan. One speaks of investm… Continue

Abuse of our Children for profit doubled last month

While we were focused on the election George Bush signed the "Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 (H.R. 6893)" It doubles the federal incentive money to cps/dhs for adopting out kids and provides not one penny for keeping families together. I wrote an article on it here.... http://www.oneangryman.com/ken/2008/11/09/connections-to-success-and-increasiContinue

Four out of Nine United States Supreme Court Judges can’t Read

The United States Supreme Court ruled that Americans have a right to own guns for self-defense and hunting. It was the justices’ first major pronouncement on gun rights in history. The 5-4 ruling struck down the District of Columbia’s 32-year-old ban on handguns as incompatible with gun rights under the Second Amendment. The decision went further than even the Bush administration wanted, but probably leaves most firearms laws intact. Within two days, lawsuit were filed in San Francisco and Chica… Continue

US Congress teams with Environnmentalists to starve undesirables.

July 20th, 2008 With the summers massive flooding in the Mid-west 3.3 million acres of crops is expected to be lost to the floods covering the central farm states. The only benefit that may come from the widespread flooding in the nation’s Midwestern grain belt is that it is a God-send to Environmentalists everywhere who are praying to Mother Earth for the day that 90% of the earth’s population will be exterminated by the lack of food and heating oil. Their plan is being aided by the U.S. congr… Continue

I coined a new word today.

Anyway I'm claiming it, I havent heard it before so its mine. lol Feel free to use it whenever you wish. enviro"mental"ism. This is a question asked in yahoo answers recently. Jacinta R. Do you think we should be allowed to feed bread to ducks? Recently I bought some bread to go down to the lake to feed the ducks with. However, at the lake there were signs up everywhere that said "Nature can feed itself. Do not feed the ducks". I've also heard people whinging recently about people feedin… Continue

Starving kids in Africa

this is off the subject but I gota rant. I just saw Bono and Madonna and a hots of "A lister's" standing with starving kids in Africa talking about how much they care and how much they had done by raising 200 BILLION dollars to feed starving kids in Africa. 30 years we have been seeing these commercials and people have been donating billions of dollars, and their standing among babies and kids that look like skeletons. Bill Gates and Warren Buffet have given app. 70 million more. What are they… Continue

The origin of Mothers Day!

The United States celebrates Mother's Day on the second Sunday in May. In the United States, Mother's Day was loosely inspired by the British day and was imported by social activist Julia Ward Howe after the American Civil War. However, it was intended as a call to unite women against war. In 1870, she wrote the Mother's Day Proclamation. Julia Ward Howe wrote the Mother's Day Proclamation, as a call for peace and disarmament. Howe failed in her attempt to get formal recognition of a Mother's D… Continue
