Many children are torn from their moms or dads in divorce court. Here is an article from the Pope while he was in America on his address to the US Catholic Bishops:
Pope Benedict to US Bishops: Fight for Marriage
In his address to the U.S. Catholic bishops, Pope Benedict just delivered a strong message: it's your job to stand for, evangelize and educate on marriage: "It is your task to proclaim boldly the arguments from faith and reason in favor of the institution of marriage, understood as a…

This is something I copied from the OFR group I belong to:
If your kids have just been picked up ~ OR ~ If you haven't had a run-in with CPS yet.
Short version below gleaned from advice from a 23-year veteran Child Welfare worker.
This word Preponderance, a legal precept, is your enemy.
Preponderance of the evidence means that in the good judgment of the judge, the evidence presented indicates that a child has been harmed. Unfortunately, It is the PS worker who writes up a list of piec…

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY ACCEPTED
Over the last few months, I have been in contact with many people. People familiar with the ins and outs of dealing with DHS. People who know the proper channels for airing their grievances. Intelligent, capable, reasonable, and dedicated people, who have failed to change what MUST BE CHANGED.
Further, I believe that even the very best of us will continue to fail, not because of our character, our knowledge or lack thereof, but because we approach the matte…

One of my favorite resources for survival of Oregon's court abuse all these years was a book that District Attorney John Haroldson gave me in 2003, after he read my own personal story, BONSHEA.
He handed me,
"Controlling People" by Patricia Evans. District Attorney John Haroldson said, "before you make further decisions of how to proceed with your legal trauma, please read her book."
I did and it gave me profound insights into the dark place in Oregon I call, "court."
I
have only had…

I have received many phone calls and emails about DC Festival 2008. Many of you have asked me how I felt and what I thought about this rally and if I am going to support this and what I thought about Lary and Torm etc etc etc.
BLAH BLAH BLAH
WELL LET ME BE CLEAR!!!
One of the biggest problems in this movement has been its ability to fracture and come apart for just about any reason...We have people who refuse to work with others while pretending to fight a common enemy. THIS MUST CHANGE!!!! We…

ATLANTA – A former Fulton County magistrate judge, his Forsyth County Sheriff's deputy son and the deputy's wife have all been charged with human trafficking, among other charges, for their part in allegedly forcing an Indian nanny to work without pay in their Woodstock home beginning in 2003.
The suit also alleges they then used their influence to hassle her after she escaped with the help of a neighbor.
The office of U.S. Attorney David E. Nahmias said June 18 that former Fulto…

I send this letter every week to anyone and everyone I can at this web site: http://ancpr.org/mediacenter.htm !!!!
The divorce regime is the most totalitarian institution ever to arise in the United States. Its operatives in the family courts and the social service agencies recognize no private sphere of life. "The power of family court judges is almost unlimited," according to Judge Robert Page of the New Jersey family court. "Social workers are perceived to have nearly unlimited power," a San…

Hello everyone,
I have been out for awhile trying to find a job and working on my Pro-Se hearing coming up on the 8th of July. The Nazi Judge Leonard F. Holzapfel recused himself from the last hearing because he was afraid that the picture of him I offered to pay his staff 60.00 for was going to be given to a hit man. He is the discriminator that does'nt like Diabetics being able to have their kids overnight. Fortunately for him I have been taught through my parents, the military and my law enfo…

Gentlemen's clubs in the U.S. take in $15 billion dollars each year. A typical club in a major city can gross $10 to $20 million per year. By one estimate, 10 percent of the country's economy is tied up in smut.
Atlanta has more nude clubs than any other city in America, and these businesses bring more employment, personal income, and state and local tax revenues to the city than the Braves, Hawks, and Falcons combined.

Not the ultimate win...but a big one none the less!
The judge fired the worker on our cps case and made an order to insure we actually get our visitation. As well as having the visits IN our home not a parking lot (which was the best cps could offer us...so we drove 5 hours with our 28ft camper to visit).
