Indiana General Assembly Organization Day - Six child friendly bills
It what seems to almost be a secretive event because of lack of web presence about it members of the Indiana General Assembly gathered at the Indiana State House Tuesday for Organization Day.
This day is mostly ceremonial with members meeting in caucus then their respective chambers. Larger groups of students pour through the halls and various other ceremonial events take place.

Indiana Legislative Advisory Committee recommends joint legal child custody
The final meeting of 2009 for the Indiana Child Custody and Support Advisory Committee of the Indiana General Assembly got underway shortly after 10:00am and last until about 12:30. Council member restrained by police during meeting while challenging citizen to step outside for a fight

You know what it took me six years to find somebody to have a conversation with families that have the same problems with FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT PROBLEMS, SO NOW WE ARE GETTING MORE STRONGER AND STRONGER EVERY DAY, THIS IS A GOOD SIGN FOR ALL OF US THATS DEALING WITH THE FAMILY COURT ISSUES.
MY FOUR CHILDRENS ARE ALSO TAKEN AWAY FROM ME, ALL OF THEM ARE ALL SAFE AND ALIVE WHEN THEY ARE WITH ME,
ONE DAY I CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL, MY FOUR CHILDRENS ARE NEVER CAME BACK FROM SCHOOL.
I WENDT TO THE FOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT WERE MY CHILDRENS GO TO, AND I WAS TOLD BY THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL THAT THEY ARE TAKEN AWAY BY THE (MUKILTEO POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SNOHOMISH COUNTY CPS. FEBRUARY 2004.
MARCH 30, 2004 IN THE AFTERNOON, I WAS WATCHING 12:00 NEWS AND I SAW MY SEVEN YEARS OLD SON NAME: DANIEL AYSON VILORIA AND MY OLDER SON EMILIO AYSON VILORIA 111 THEY ARE INVOLVE IN "FATAL ACCIDENT" MY SEVEN YEARS OLD SON DIED IN THE SINCE,
AND MY OLDER SON 14 YEARS OLD EMILIO AYSON VILORIA 111 SURVIVE BUT! BADLY INJURED AND ALMOST LOST HIS LIFE AND PLACE IN DIFFERENT FOSTER HOMES ONE DAY AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
MY OTHER CHILDRENS, MY OLDER DAUGHTER (ANA KRISTINA AYSON VILORIA) IS 16 YEARS OLD WAS PLACE IN A FOSTER HOME, MY OTHER DAUGHTER (PHELICIA AYSON VILORIA) 15 YEARS OLD WAS A RUN AWAY CHILD. AND ALSO PLACE IN DIFFERNT FOSTER HOMES.
MY SEVEN YEARS OLD SON DANIEL AYSON VILORIA DIED IN THE CARE OF THE STATE EMPLOYEES.
I HAVE SO MANY LAWYERS BUT THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING, ONE OF MY PRIVATE LAWYER WHO SOPOUSE TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEGLIGENT CASE, HE TRIED TO SEXSUALLY ASSOULTED ME, WHEN I SAID NO TO HIM, HE DROP MY CASE RIGHT AWAY, MY LAWYER SAID TO ME THAT I DO NOT HAVE A CASE TO FILE AGAINST THE STATE EMPLOYEES.
ONE OF MY DEPENDENCY LAWYER FOR MY FOURTEEN YEARS OLD DOUGHTER (PHELICIA AYSON VILORIA) EVERY TIME I HAVE A COURTH MEETING WITH HER IS THAT SHE ALWAYS TOUCHING MY BUTT. SHE MY DEPENDENCY LAWYER FOR PHELICIA AYSON VILORIA, THIS LAWYER HAVE A SEXSUALLY ISSUES PROBLEM.
ONE OF MY DEPENDENCY LAWYER FOR MY SON (EMILIO AYSON VILORIA 111) SENT ME A LETTER THAT IF I DO NOT SHOWED UP IN COURT @ 8:00 AM FOR DEPENDENCY COURT FOR MY 14 YEARS OLD SON EMILIO 111) SHE WROTE TO ME A LETTER THAT SHE WILL SENT TO ME A WARRANT OF ARREST IF I DO NOT SHOWED UP IN COURT. THIS IS MY OWN DEPENDENCY LAWYER THAT I JUST MET ONE TIME AND ALREADY WANNA SEND ME TO JAIL.
THAT DAY AFTER THE DEPENDENCY COURT WAS DONE, I WENT TO THE FAMILY COURT HOUSE DEPARTMENT AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WANNA SIGNED UP TO VOLUNTEER, I GOT INTERVIEWED AND THEY FOUND OUT THAT I WAS THE ONE THAT HAVE A CHILD THAT DIED IN THEIR CARE, SO THEY TERMINATED ME TO VOLUNTEER FOR THE FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT.
THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE! FAMILY COURT SYSTEM AND THE DEPENDENCY LAWYERS ARE ALL IN ONE DEPARTMENT,
FAMILY COURT IS A DEPENDENCY LAWYERS PROGRAM. I LIKE TO TELL EVERY ONE OF YOU THAT THE "DEPENDENCY LAWYERS ARE THE FAMILY COURT PROGRAM. THEIR IS NO SUCH THING AS A DEPENDENCY LAWYER TO HELP YOU.
ALL THEY CARE IS TO VICTIMIZE INNOCENT FAMILIES SO THEY CAN PUT IT IN THEIR OWN DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT MAKE MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE,
THIS FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT AND JUVINILE COURT DEPARTMENTS ARE ALL ABOUT :BUSINESS AND INVESTMENTS) MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING IN THIS DEPARTMENT ARE PUT ALL OF THEIR MONEY TO INVEST IN THIS JUVINILE AND FAMILY COURT SYSTEM. SAME WITH "CHILD SUPPORT AGENCIES, DEPENDENCY LAWYERS, ANY LAWYERS IN FAMILY COURT HOUSES,
ALL OF THEM ARE ALL FAMILIES, THEIR ARE NOBODY TO PROTECT US BUT! ONLY US THAT ARE GETTING TOGETHER NOW, WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! IN A WINNING WAYS.
WE NEED TO INVOLVE THE HOLY ISPIRITS AND TRUST OUR GOD LORD JESUS CRIST TO OUR LIVES THAT ARE VICTIMS, INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS THEIR IS NO ONE TO GIVE US HELP.
ALOT OF THIS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES THAT! I'M OWN MY OWN TO DEAL WITH THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES WITH THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEMS, I WAS TOLD THAT! I'M DEALING WITH A HUGES DEPARTMENTS, I WAS TOLD THAT! I WAS JUST A SMALL PERSON DELEANG WITH THE STATE GOVERNMENT AND TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
ALL WE NEED TO DO IS TO OPEN UP OUR AGENCIES CALLED "THE GATE KEEPER AGENCY"?.

In Midland, Michigan an adopted child attacked and killed Faith Baden’s son, Justin Baden, age 17, early in August, 2009. Justin and his younger siblings were removed from Faith Baden’s home by CPS and eventually adopted out to Jessica Pribbernow, a Michigan child-collector.
The newspaper reported that Pribbernow had custody of five boys adopted from foster care. The accused, known as Steven Jeffrey Pribbernow Jr., 15, is not the biological brother of the boys he is said to have attacked.
Two others boys, both sons of Faith Baden, were injured severely in the knife attack.
Faith left a number of news articles, emails, and comments on FightCPS yesterday. You can read them here and here.
Faith, my heartfelt sympathy to you on the loss of your son, and prayers for the healing of his younger brothers. We here at FightCPS do understand that your children should not have been separated from their loving parents.
Obviously the child collecting adopters were not capable of keeping the children safe. This is one more sign that the foster-adoption system in this country doesn’t work. I wonder if these children, in particular the one said to be the attacker, were on medications as “special needs” children. Many pharmaceutical medications given to foster and adoptive children are believed to have produced suicidal or homicidal tendencies. One of the emails posted stated that Jessica and her husband were unemployed and living off the adoption subsidy payments received for adopting the boys - a clear indicator that these were probably medicated children.

- now she is taken us to court on a ppo which has been granted yet until we go to court friday at 10:30 am .she is saying that i am threating her which i have not been at all .we cant afford to even go down state let alone bother her .she says we are mentally unstable which is slander toward us isnt it .shes done lost it big time .

Thanx for the reply. I don’t know if you’ve read any of my comments, but I don’t have a chance in hell with what I’m going through. Not at this moment in time atleast. The only Attorney that I wish would move on is the Attorney General of Texas. I am fighting with the only rights I have in this case, and that is my Freedom of Speech. And Greg Abbott is going to hear me loud & clear. I absolutely will not fold or give up the fight. You hang in there yourself. Better days are coming. Talk to ya soon.

Thanks for the invite. Yes, this is one hell of a battle I got myself in. The biggest of my life to be exact. I'm sure you can relate. I'm sure everyone on this site can relate. Hope yours, and everyone elses situation ends on the plus side. As for me, well, only time will tell but it doesn't look good. Take care. We'll be talking.
