what do I say when she asks me why?

what do i say when she asks me why? when at the end of our visits she says "No.. No.." then she starts to cry and asks me "mommy no you go me go bye bye with me?" I say I cant baby, not this time. hers a good girl, I love you" than she looks into my eyes almost straight through me she screams "WHY.. WHY?" "Mommy no no. mommy why!" what do I say to make her pain go away?
