i fought from 2-21-07 until my trial home pass from 8-20-08 until11-20-08. Keep up the hope and keep doing whatever you are doing to get your children back.
i went thru 4 court appointed attnys and none protected my rights and hated it when i had to do their job for them aat eharings and filing things!

- nov 19th is the last review and my child will exit state's custody on the 20th back to me finally!!!! after since 2-21-07 she's been gone. been on 3 m trial home pass since aug 20th.

ya know, they ignore our constitutional rights and court rules in the court room, ya think they'd leave our rights to the 1st amendment ALONE....!!!!

- i had a myspace with naming names and what had happened and was court ordered WED to take the kids pics off and to take off the names already named of cps/dcs people. "all in the name to protect my kids from the pedifiles in the world and to keep me from getting sued by dcs." the gal on the case has been actively bucking my trial home pass and working with the foster parents to get my child back with them. the courts refuse to address my slander allegations from them and the foster parents and the perjury committed by the cps workers to get my child into custody 18+ months ago in the first place. i am going to completely write a autobiographical book detailing every little detail and names of the people involved in my case after i officially get my child back in my legal custody and personally feliver to people in the public including state reps, the media, senators, the president, the tbi, the fbi... etc etc

I contemplated almost the same experience but in the end, I decided that what I had to say could be backed up with all types of documentation and that truth NEEDED to be told. It became my duty to expose the lies, by creating my very own webpage, specifically designed around my personal experiences with all greedy, unethical people involved.

- i have found lots of advocates thru this site and a few others that fight cps but few local ones that are willing to share their stories and their fights. i love talking to others about their families and sharing my story

My wife and I have driven through TN on I-40 and I-65 3 times this Summer. I saw last night on Minister Smith's blog your comment that you needed a ride to the DC Festival. We would have been glad for you to ride with us but I don't think we had enough space. There are lots of other parents rights advocates to network with in TN. There is lots of anti-CPS resources out there too.
