i have and 18 year one in there due too his adopted mother due too her neglect on the kids and my son being the oldiest in the house it happen when he was 16teen and he sit in jail from 16teen until he turned 18 and now he is in prision since jan21

hello everyone

i had a great day with my son paul on our visit at the prision today but it hurts to know i have to leave and he has t stay behide .its really kicks me where it hurts he most .he doesnt belong their i really wish we could gt his case reopened to change his fait to somehing better han hes facing .this what happens when the state get in our live they make things really wise than they every were.god help us. i need to find away to bring my kids home before all my boys end up that way by th hand of that very sick person.she has 3 more of my boys and im scrared for them .

But if they are no longer your children then they can not collect child support. Are you sure they are not trying to collect arrears or past child support?

Did you get your court records? Are you able to meet with these people to find out just what they are asking for?

A few days ago you asked me why I think I did pretty well when all is said and done (I got a child back from a severe alienator). We never had a custody battle in court. I settled that portion of my divorce between the 2 attorneys. Even then, there were a lot of games played, but my shared joint custody plan was the best alternative. I also stayed very active and kept using every means to mother my child and contact her. I developed relationships with everyone she was involved with - schools, piano teacher, friends parents, etc. Acting like nothing was wrong (to the school) was better than telling the story, but I did that, too, because I knew the AP was always there badmouthing me to the same people. I made a "Good Mother" photo album that I took everywhere, with pics of me with my 2 children and me. I did not have a CPS case. I am just learning about that. By the way, I love your playlist!
