There is a politician here in Erie, PA who has at least listened to my complaints about the "family" court. His name is Flo Fabrizio. I hope he is sincere. The current corrupt system is so ingrained and seems to be upheld by special interests rather than focusing on constitutional and human rights. But I feel we must try and "lobby" politicians with complaints and demands for change and accountability. So to this I say to call Mr. Fabrizio, he is a state representative. I believe it does not matter that he is in PA and you may be in another state...if we focus on various selected offices they will hopefully realize there is a problem and start taking note that they probably would do well to start respecting the rights of parents and live up to their constitutional oath and stop allowing the abuse of good, loving parents and their children. So, please call his office (814-455-6319) and say you are calling as a US citizen with no where else to turn...tell your story, they know me and when others start calling, hopefully they will see the magnitude of the atrocity the government has created.

The same CPS nonsense you are going through
happened in Texas. The process paid off for the
compound mothers because they had good
assistance and could file properly.
Lawyers are important, but I have not found even
one. The UCC in now before the Second Circuit
Court of Appeals in Vermont. The most important
issue is process of the court. The language in UCC
3-501 (b) (2) and (3) have never been answered by
any court.
District Courts have an easy out at 28 USC 636 (c),
but the court goes ahead anyway and forces an
appeal. Also, they do not “Seal and teste Process”
per 28 USC 1691. The judge cannot
give “dispositive”/jural orders because he is an
Article I judge and not jural at Article III.
Each state has their own rules concerning process
and you should study your state. Very important
because (3) (i) return the instrument for lack of a
necessary indorsement, is part of process. A type
written name at the bottom of an injunction
invalidates the instrument. This is also 28 USC
1691.
Lawyers do not study this material or use it in
court. Good hunting. Psalm 25:9.

Please help ask Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, a possible running mate for McCain, to Pardon Greg Pound for "Equivalent to the Death Penalty" Sentence.
Since the dog bite incident, Greg and Melissa have had their family completely shredded. Please followed the Courts Case ... termination of Parental Rights is the family Law equivalent to the Death Penalty.
