CASE CLOSED!!!!
Hello my friends :) On August 13th,09 CPS finally gave up and gave us our daughter back.
Everyone in the family court room was in agreement except the D.A.
The Judge decided that he would over ride that decision.
Of course the caseworker had pre-warned me that I'd had a dilute on a previous U.A and asked if I would be willing to have a hair follicle test done at my expense.
Told her of course and immediately went down and had it done.
D.A didn't care for that at all said it needed to be three w… Continue

Good News
On August 1,2006 our daughter was kidjacked from us by CPS.
On February 12,2009 our daughter was placed back into our home.
We are on a probationary period until June 4,2009 just wanted to share the good news.

He was a great man & will be missed by many.
So I think in his memory he would want us all to carry on.
What great things he accomplished in his short time on this earth.
Always trying to help others and always doing the right thing.

faith and kevin baden said… - there is a man that lives in coleman that stated her son paul use to work for him taken care of his horses .and he said that she was so mean with the kids that he hated to come to her house or evevn drive by her house because she would be out side jerking this kids by the arms and calling them name .and when her son paul would get paid she would take his money from him .this man said that everything that has been stated about jessica was true and you better believe it she is something else .

Delete Comment.At 9:01am on October 1, 2009, faith and kevin baden said…from what i understand that neither one of the parents have a job and are living off the adopted kids money from the state ,and are going to college as well off the kids money .she signs up for everything in the school and community and only does a small amount of anything she signs up for .she made kody go to a different school than his brothers do too she told everyone that his brother were a shamed of him and didn't want people to know he was apart of their lives .Joshua has gone after the older boys if they would stand up for kody with the way that both him and Jessica was treating kody .these parents need to be in jail for child abuse on the 5 adopted children .everyone knows what these kids have been through now it time to stand and save them .they cant fight back for them self .she has had one child run away on her at her daughters birthday party and had to cut the party short do to it .she was told by the female prosercurtor that she needed help when her son Paul was going to jail on faults charges on her girls .her sister in law nor Joshua family like her do to her problems and her ex husband cant stand her either do to what he went through with her before their divorce .

Delete Comment.At 9:00am on October 1, 2009, faith and kevin baden said…i dont feel that steven did the killing of justin pribbernow do to i spoke with someone who told me that jessica has been truely mean with all of her adopted kids especially kody to she doesnt want him .she was making him stay in his bedroom alot and keeps him separate from the other kids alot from doing anything that they do for actives like the ice cream party doing that was going on at the school for her girls where she had aloud the rest of the kids to partake in .she blame steven and the rest of the kids for what happen with her girls .she causes all kinds of trouble at the schools and throws fits if anyone donts give her what she wants .if she takes the kids any where she makes kody sit in the car or van and doesnt aloud him to get out he has to stay put well the rest are aloud to go with her in the school or other places .well they are home he is made to stay in his room in the basement of the house for most of the day .she shows special treatment to her son tristen and her girls and treats the adopted other kids like their in jail.they cant eat until she feels like feeding them .they are praide out around people that come to her house and told what their names are well they stand in a line in front of her and who ever it is she is showing them off to than she tells everything about their disabilities and whos got what father and who doesnt .she talks them down to everyone who will listen too her school doing ,games ,ever place she goes with them .she tells everyone that she hates kody and wishes she never adopted him or his brothers .that they have all been nothing but a heartache to her and her family .kody had back surgey and she made him sleep on the floor and well he would cry out in pain she would yell at him to shut up and stop crying .she tried to turn the adoption around and get rid of the kids but the state wouldnt let her .and there is so much more ........and the friends of her are up holding her in being mean with these kids by not helping them to get them away from her .

- I guess I am better now. The last few months has been a true disaster for us. The Arkansas Sheriff Dept falsely entered my husband into the ACIC and NCIC computer as a criminal felon for "child neglect" for his 30 and 34 year old children! The AR judge also signed a bench warrant directed to "all law enforcement in AR" claiming contempt for non payment of child support. We have overpaid by apprx $30,000 but the judge refuses to look at our proof! The bench warrant was sent to TN where we have lived for over 20 years. The police in TN arrested my husband on this fraudulant bench warrant May 28,2009. Luckily I had already gone and talked to our local prosecutor and he got in touch with the AR prosecutor who said the bench warrant should have never been. (It was removed from the system after we paid an attorney $2000 that we did not have.)The police released my husband from the back seat of his car after making a phone call and realizing the prosecutor would not extradite. We are now behind on our house payments and fear losing our home because of this. We have already lost our business,vehicles and everything else due to all of these fraudulant things going on! We have a federal lawsuit filed but there has been a "stay" put on it because of the Younger Abstention which says it must go through all channels in state court before it can be tried in Federal court. They are saying until my husband is arrested in AR on this contempt charge our case is "stayed" We do not know what to do next but we refuse to stop until something is done!

My first co-parent and I have 2 girls 16 & 11 and have been raising them quite well without "judicial assistance" their entire lives, now I also have a son, whose mother insists on court involement, and without that I would not have had such oppertunity to know many more friends,and parents caught in the net of this child exploitation., that I see will only serve to distance the american family from american values. something good always comes from somthing bad, we jost have to find it.
