If rules weren't meant to be broken, why do they keep putting them in my way? When will they learn?!!

I REALLY LIKE that, "dreams are answers to the questions you haven't yet figured out how to ask". True, so true

Love your baby pic!

Let's let 2009 be the year that we really dig our heels in and set our goal upon being spiritually healed from all the wounds and hurt's that have been inflicted upon us.

And, also pray for those that we inflicted pain upon that they too may become a wholesome person again.

Though none of us may be deserving - it is a grace bestowed upon the human race by the gift of Salvation.

Motto: Getting and staying involved with Parental Right's issues is what all family members must do.

Peace!!!

Hi!

Just surfing around and read your profile. Thought it to be very interesting. sounds like things are going well for you now and you sound optimistic in life.

I am thankful that I made it through the past and things are much better for me, also. That is my testimony - have faith in God and never give up!

Hello Richard,

Whats going on in Florida. This movement has yet to wake up the world. I have testified against CPS in October and Nov here in Missouri. I will be meeting with the director of CPS next week. Last week I met with the Child Advocate dircetor. I know that I am feeding myself to the wolves, but that ok, they are all on notice once again. My sons life is still in danger and I will go to my grave knowing that one day he will be free from this evil empire called CPS and family court.

I'm also curious regarding how you sued your ex in civil court as opposed to being heard in family court; I'm also planning to suing the darling gals family (family of my ex daughter in law, for monies they owe me for various reasons, including the fact that I paid their daughter's rent under false pretense...oh yeah, dumb me...and i didnt think i suffered with pas!)

Profile Information

Hi, everyone!

Great group getting started here. A lot of good people doing good things. It's unfortunate that it had to come out of such bad circumstances.
A little about me:
* I am a computer specialist (system admin, consulting, repair, etc.) -- happy to answer any questions y'all may have. I'm moderator of the computer support forum.
My web site: www,aplus-computers.net
* Also a moderator of the Gov't Accountability forum.
* Loving father of 2 adorable (mostly) kids (boy, 26 & girl, 24). My son moved in with me 3 yrs ago (I hadn't lived with them for 18 years), and that may have been the happiest day of my life! (He recently moved out, but it was time to be on his own. sniff, sniff)
* I have the MOST DELICIOUS 3 year old granddaughter. Yup, cuter than yours!!!

My claim(s) to "fame":
* Successfully concluded a 7 year actively litigated divorce (4 yrs pro se). Once you've lost everything, the only way is up! That's a win, yes?
* Plaintiff in Federal Class Action suit against FL Family Court judges for not following the law. Federal Court dismissed on abstention, but it was successful at getting me known and pissing off every judge in the courthouse. (Sounds good, but not recommended!)
* Multiple suits against the ex, attorney & "expert witness" for fraud, expanding to the attorneys & the attorneys for the attorneys (for getting a disqualified judge to dismiss my case). Lost the case, but successful. Never bothered by the other side again :)
* Discovered when you sue the opposing attorney for fraud and malpractice (failure in duty to be honest with the court) their malpractice insurance has a tendency to SKYROCKET ! ! and their clients threaten to sue them, too
* Found in contempt for not selling the clothes I was wearing, my only asset, for at least a penny to pay towards my child support. (see transcript on DadsOfFlorida.org)

A few of my favorite quotes:
"The mind, like a parachute, functions only when open."
"Tomorrow I will decide if I will procrastinate. Maybe."
"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person who is getting it done."
"Life has good parts and bad parts. Its a matter of which we choose to preoccupy ourselves with."
"Don't worry about tomorrow! After all, today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday while being concerned about today."
"If rules weren't meant to be broken, why do they keep putting them in my way? When will they learn?" (author: ME)
"Every action of our lives touches on some chord that will vibrate in eternity."
"Dreams are answers to questions we haven't yet figured out how to ask."
"We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children."

MANY New Programs, FREE Web hosting, file sharing & storage

I've just added a long list (almost 40, at the bottom of this message) new FREE programs that are considered best in their class. They cover a large range of uses and users. There is probably something for almost everyone, no matter their skill level.

Also, if you have a need for free internet services such as web hosting, file storage, transfer and sharing, there are almost 20 resources. Some even have unlimited storage, unlimited bandwidth, etc. For each resource, I've listed the services pro… Continue
