I believe in each state there needs to be a steady and collected strem of complaints to the govt. "reps". As an indivudual, I have gotten the run around and "nothing we can do" for years, but if enough people contact these offices in an organized fashion, no matter where they are from, they will start taking this more serious, I believe.
