Could this be foul play !!!!

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Albuquerque police said foul play could be involved in the death of a 2-year-boy.

The child was found Thursday after his stepmother called 911 saying the boy was unresponsive.

Authorities said that woman could be responsible.

The child was brought to University of New Mexico Hospital on Thursday afternoon and died hours later. Officials said he suffered massive internal trauma.

This interest does have exceptions, especially when the child may be in immediate or apparent danger. This is when child protection services gets involved.
