We completely agree with the use of collaborative law in most divorce with children cases. The Divorce Business has put a stranglehold on parents who truly wish to remain a part of their children's lives. Removing divorces from the adversarial Win/Lose paradigm and shifting into a Win/Win paradigm is the only course that makes sense when dealing with children.
