Still Having Problems - Need Help

Oh what a system we have in place!!!! My poor husband is still unemployed and still having problems with the CSE!!!! When he goes to the local office they tell him that he has to call the automated #, he tells them it doesn't work and they say, "Sorry, I can't help you, it's all automated now"! He also asked about the request to review CS and was told they don't have to review it - where would this come from? It is supposed to be based on pay!!!! Where does the Bias end?

Wow, am I glad to be a woman!! These poor men get treated so unfairly. My Husband has been unemployed now for about a month and a half and he has been trying to get in touch with the Department of Revenue since day one. The 1-800 # they have is a joke! You call in, it asks if you are the custodial or non-custodial parent, takes you through two or three menus and then gives you a busy signal. No matter what time of day it is!
