The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

Before I went to bed tonight

Before I went to bed tonight
I just had to let you know,
that my love for you is strong
and will always continue to grow.

Before I went to bed tonight
I thought that you should hear
That every moment we spent together,
I hold so very dear.

Before I went to bed tonight
I had you on my mind.
I thought of things you've done for me,
Things from a heart so kind.

I hope this letter makes you happy,
If only for a while
But I'd gladly write a million
Just to see you smile!

I know this sounds crazy,
Just like I lost my head.
But I had to let you know,
Before I went to bed.

Isn't there somone on here that needs info on spanking laws? Hope this helps (Michigan Law)

Legal Reference Blog by Renee C. Walsh, Esq. » To Spank or Not To Spank - Michigan Spanking

Michigan Compiled Law ( MCL ) 750.136b of the Michigan Penal Code defines child abuse. In MCL 750.136b(7) specifically exempts from criminal punishment a parent or guardian (or someone authorized by them) who takes steps to reasonably discipline a child, including the use of reasonable force. In other words, if you spank with reasonable force, you are in the clear.

How is activism in the State of Michigan?

My complaint is about the "family" courts and children and youth and all other govt agencies that are corrupt in that they vilify one parent and facilitate fraud.

See Non-custodial parental rights petition (on-line...put this into your search box).

Hello,

There is a politician here in Erie, PA who has at least listened to my complaints about the "family" court. His name is Flo Fabrizio. I hope he is sincere. The current corrupt system is so ingrained and seems to be upheld by special interests rather than focusing on constitutional and human rights. But I feel we must try and "lobby" politicians with complaints and demands for change and accountability. So to this I say to call Mr. Fabrizio, he is a state representative. I believe it does not matter that he is in PA and you may be in another state...if we focus on various selected offices they will hopefully realize there is a problem and start taking note that they probably would do well to start respecting the rights of parents and live up to their constitutional oath and stop allowing the abuse of good, loving parents and their children. So, please call his office (814-455-6319) and say you are calling as a US citizen with no where else to turn...tell your story, they know me and when others start calling, hopefully they will see the magnitude of the atrocity the government has created. (By the by, send me any politico (and ph # of same) in your area who may seem worth talking to, we can network names of politicos and contact them to "lobby" in the name of our children and human rights).

Thanks for your response SM. My goal and approach is pretty simple. To have parents such as myself select as a group, various politicians to call and "squeky wheel" them, until we start seeing positive changes. We need to demand accountablity and stop the double-standard and the legalized kidnapping for profit. I am intetested in Michigan, but I live in PA....but I believe it doesn't matter the state or the polititcian we call, because enough calls will start being noted. A concerted effort is needed. We need to demand they identify their position on this issue and demand change now. Otherwise it is too hard to do this alone and going to court is a waste of time and money as they violate your and your child's rights and take you money at the same time. Let's start forming lists of politicians to contact and demand accountabilty for a change from the govt. What I am looking for is that there is a balance with custody and support....the current situation is simply a form of childnapping and a form of slavery for the NCP and the child is denied the love of one parent by the other often due to greed, selfishness, personality disorder...In many cases the malicious parent is rewarded with everything, this is so wrong for the child and the NCP. There must be a better way and a real good faith balance.

I am interested in finding people in PA, MI, to combine efforts with regarding concerted complaints to politicians regarding immediate accountability and demand for change. I beleive if enough people complain they will start taking notice, otherwise one or two complaints here and there they will not take notice.
Please contact me in this regard.

Termination of Parental Rights

The most basic issue is Termination of Parental Rights is Equivalent to the Death Penalty.

When one person can walk through your front door, take your children, keep them, bill you too, pass the laws that empower them, and then not give you a grand jury indictment, when a tip from a anonymous person was never faced in open court, while attorneys do not demand trial by jury, and then pass all the statutes, regulations, and policies, which are repugnant and deliberately designed to circumvent, ignore the supreme law, the ones judges swear to uphold and defend, we are caused to loose all our inalienable rights, which defined our citizenship. If we have no citizen ship we have no alliance with our national origin and are in fact alienated to that which is our natural inherent birthright.

These violations of our American Due Process Rights are compounded by judges, psychologists, and attorneys violating the Separation of Powers defined in the Federalist Papers Article 86 by being a member of one branch of government that controls the other while gaining the position of god from the opinion of one man.

Welcome to CNBP forum. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the features. There is a discussion board that you may search by topic, a blog where you may post information you would like others to see and a members directory. I hope you will take the time to add your city and state to your profile. Although the issues we face are universal many of the changes will take place locally and that is when we need to be able to contact each other instead of the entire group. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact me. Again, welcome and I hope you find CNBP to be a valuable resource.
