I could write a BOOK, there is lots of good practical information out there and bad. Make sure you do your research and don't be mislead. Remember in law it's rarely black and white, you'll always find gray areas.

but I dont have the money or clout to help, I cant even do anything but write letters that fall on deaf ears. I know the prosecutor in our case deleted evidence from my sons digital recorder and that he went back and changed the public tape recording before giving it to my lawyer. I netver knew about this until about 6 months ago. I have tried contacting the FBI. So I do know the utter frustration and anger this causes. I will look at the links later, but I have looked at several that I simply cannot understand why there is not national attention.
So, how are you doing? Do you have support of any family, etc?
thIS situation about broke my faith at first, then it actually helped strengthen it as I sought God for help. But it still hurts. And it is to the point where I need to find good outlets, lest I become bitter.
You have done a lot of research. Do you see any way I can help You?

- I too have researched, I am on my 3rd appointed attorney, but that fact remains that my county CPS IS corrupt. The caeworkers has committed perjury on several occasion, I brought in witnesses (my therapist, a sheriff, ect) to prove the caseworkers lied and the judge did nothing. He actually yelled at me. Yes I have a case plan and yes I have complied 110%. See they intentionally put me in unnecessary programs, like the therapy; I was seeing my therapist every other week, I asked to increase it to once a week (I would do anything to get my kids back) So I seen this therapist that CPS required me to for 8 months as a part of my case plan (the same therapist who testified that CPS had committed perjury) Coincidentally after she testified than CPS demanded that I take a pych evaluation, so I did. I passed (except the CPS paid psychologist said I was defensive) But he also said that the therapy CPS had forced me to do was UNNECESSARY and he did not understand why CPS made me do it.
So then after 8 months of complying CPS now wants me to "Change my personality" so that I am not defensive..... but they had already filed the TPR motion stating that my children were now too attached to their caregiver....which is B.S.... I dont think you quite realize that CPS's statements about "family preservation" are B.S. They have to say that because the federal law requires them to make "reasonable efforts" to return the children.
So CPS "pretends" to "make reasonable efforts" by putting parents in unnecessary programs, so that on paper, they appear to be doing their job.
What most dont realize is their real goal is adoption for our kids. If you haven't read my reports yet please do so and also watch this video (all links are below)... Trust me Linda I have done nothing but research since they stole my kids, the problem is getting someone to listen, news wont touch it and neither will legislators...the corruption is too deep and so is the amount of money involved!

No I am not getting help yet from anyone within the system because they are all on the same team...profiting off the lives of our children!
