WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO
HELLO EVERYONE, WELL SINCE I'VE BEEN GONE I'LL TELL EVERYONE WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO. I HAVE STARTED WRITING A BOOK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH CPS AND THE COURT SYSTEM. SOMETHING I HAD ON MY OTHER PROFILE
I HAD ATTENDED THE FUNERAL SERVICES FOR RONALD SMITH ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2008. IN CHICAGO, ILL. I WENT TO PAY MY RESPECTS TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY. WHILE I WAS THERE I FOUND VERY KIND AND LOVING PEOPLE. I AND MY SON WERE WELCOMED. I HAD THE CHANCE TO MET RON'S FAMILY, AND THEY ARE A VERY LOVING, KIND FAMILY. SO FULL OF LOVE. Thank you for adding me as a friend. I am honored. Also, thank you very much for the compliment about my little angel. You're sweet. As far as the offer to help me... I appreciate it very much although I'm not quite sure what you can do for me other than emotional support (which is extremely valuable to me at this point in my life). I am just devastated without my baby girl. I miss her more than I can even explain. However, I did finally spot my ex's car at the community college last week, so I am drawing up all of the court forms (again) for a contempt of court/order to show cause hearing which, once filed with the court and I receive notice of the date, I will sit in the parking lot of the school and serve her personally. I will also of course videotape the service in case she tries to refuse or anything. I hope it works because I am miserable without my daughter, and I know she misses me terribly as well.
I was very sorry to read about you losing your daughter all those years ago. I think you must be stronger than I am because I would have LOST IT!!! Anyway, I am glad that you are doing better now and I hope that someday she will give you the opportunity to explain and be a part of her life.
