It took 12 years to get my 2 grandkids back home. A collective 20 years of their lives. Someone needs to pay for this crime!!!

Jenny Saroian said… - The IHNCC is a non-profit organization committed to protecting American civil rights as stated in the Constitution, specifically of American families having open cases with DHS-CPS, and to ensure that DHS-CPS observes each client’s right to due process of law.
The IHNCC will aid attorneys in gathering evidence, and monitor court appointed attorneys to be sure that CPS clients are being adequately represented, therefore providing the service that the tax payers pay them to provide.
The IHNCC will also be dedicated to exposing violations of civil and criminal laws by Children’s Protective Services, CPS appointed attorneys, judges presiding over CPS cases, and to ensure that the Citizens Review Board is adequately performing their job in the over-seeing of the actions taken by DHS-CPS.
The IHNCC will be responsible for obtaining court admissible evidence where clear violations of civil rights occur, and initiating the prosecution of guilty agencies and individuals to the fullest extent of the law.
The IHNCC will work toward the re-opening of cases, and returning children to parents - where violations of civil or criminal law are found to exist, and found to be the appropriate action.
The IHNCC will be committed to preserving the American family unit through education, intervention, in home respite care, providing professional, in home counseling to families who cannot afford to pay for these services. We will also provide counseling for parents who have been traumatized by the loss of their children, either through the actions of DHS-CPS, death, or other.
The IHNCC does not condone any form of child abuse, nor will accept/represent abusers as members or affiliates.
Any IHNCC member, having knowledge/proof of a child being abused, will lay aside all personal issues, and immediately proceed with whatever LEGAL action necessary to protect/remove a child from harm.

- Thanks for the invite personally I'd like to see LESS demonstrating and more productive solutions. Individuals who will create SB and AB. I've been an activist for over 20 years, have heard all the stories and been to many demonstrations... I've seen people come and go. CPS, the corrupt Judicial corporations, and other non profits have been exposed and exposed. I'd like to find leaders who will get top media coverage and get the right people to put the AB & SB bill(s) on the floor. Look into going to the Committee on Ways & Means... Reform our law schools... The corruption is in all veins and arteries of the system. We have great laws, just corrupt people that wont adhere to the laws. You can't honestly litigate when your dealing with Corruption from all branches of Government. If you want change you'll have to go to the root of the problem. Justice4court

- Hi Jenny, I've been reading your posts on afra-activist. I wish you all luck on your rally. I'm clear across the country in Ohio. My 2 grandkids were kidnapped by CPS nearly 12 years ago. It's been a long, frustrating fight.

Youngest daughter getting married on the 20th. Nice guy, we like him (and have taken him aside and let him know how it is...he hasn't run off).
Right after the wedding I will be starting chemo. 6 to 8 week treatment.
I'll be here most of that time, but maybe not online...depending on how I'm feeling.
Docs are optomistic, so am I.

UP DATE
Hello Everyone,
I've been under the radar for a bit and will be for a while.
I was feeling really lousy so went to the doctor. My BP was 102/52..no wonder my stomach had been hurting so bad....bleeding ulcer. Blood tests found some other problems, so for now I am giving myself B12 injections and taking a much larger dose of thyroid, while waiting to have my gut repaired, and to see if these things affect my my RBC and Hematacrit levels...Geeezzz.
Anyway, the good news is that all these things ar… Continue

A California court awarded a four million dollar settlement to a CPS “client”, whose civil rights were violated by a California State CPS agency.

BEGINNING at the BEGINNING
Many of the most vocal family rights activists seem to be history buffs to some degree, as they often cite historical events and leaders, including Rome and Hitler.
These vocal ‘historians” demonstrate that they understand the importance of learning from the past, and the ways in which history can be applied to modern day problems.
