on may 28th ... the court after three years has finally given back my children .. i have on july 2nd had another little girl whom i have named Riven Crow Logan ... i will not stop the fight to show what CPS makes people go through for misunderstandings.. they had no proof yet they kept my children from me.. reports from the children have in fact shown that what i was hearing from the caretakers involved was a stretch from the truth .. i am grateful my children have pulled through .. and it will be a long process to heal .. yet .. i can not forget ... what they have done to my children ... and how much time was lost .. i am grateful that it was not forever ... remember .. if they take your children without a trial ... go federal and claim they went against your civil rights.. states have to bow to federal law ... NO ONE can claim you guilty without a chance to prove your innocence ... the judge and your lawyer in chambers has no right to decide ... do NOT give up ... and never stop showing them the error of thier ways ... to the families who use a child to hurt the other party ... say as in a ex - spouse ... be grateful my situation has not happened to you .. have some compassion for the children ... they will only be children once ... my mother made that sacrifice for me ... and i will follow her example ... she let me find out who really cared for me ... children are a handful some of the time - but a heartful all of the time ...

today i am going to court to hear that they want to terminate my parental rights ... the caseworker says they want to adopt out the younger two they took from the hospital. Not the older two and let me see the older two less often... The other court hearings claimed that they did not want to seperate the four children and claiming the kids had a bond. This kind of descision taken by CPS. Shows they were only after the new babies. And using the older children to do it. I wonder how my older children feel about this? I get two hours a week with four children. The older two have mental breakdowns becasue it is not enough time for them to spend here. They dont get the one on one time naturally a parent would get and these kids desperately need. They use this in court to claim that i do not know which skills to use at certain times. They can not SEE , the stress they put on the kids, it is not me but thier game of setting people up to fail. It is just enough time to feed and play one game and change two diapers. This fridays visitation on the fifth of December. I told Erick that he could not play games here becasue he was disciplined at the foster home for hitting his sister. He got angry at me and screamed and cried that he thought i was his only escape. i told him . You have been hitting your sister at my home as well. This needs to stop and im putting my foot down on it. ERick sat there and threatened everyone trying to get his way. Hit his head on the wall and threatened to make himself a bloody mess on the floor with a knife. I was appaled and asked Erick to eat some food and breath and calm down. He said i just wanted to come and spend time with you mom. I said "I am here for you ERick." He just wanted to go play Runescape. After three years, of being in foster care , the same things that the school misunderstood and used against me in court are happening exactly the way i said and he even tried it on these people. IF my daughter doesnt want to eat her food . SHe will not eat then go and eat to who ever gives her what SHE chooses to eat. The drivers take them out for ice cream after visits. THe fosters dont get this kind of inerferance with thier itinerary. BUt every visitation from the CASA workers now down to the drivers . THese kids are what i consider being bribed for bad behavior. Like they slip it in like ill never find out the truth. My mother has stated my daughter asks the foster mother if it is okay to tell my mom something. IF i do that it is considered hiding something. This kind of interferance seriously breaksdown the family. I am using skills to keep my children. But it is not enough to combat them being able to get away with what they want with the drivers on a weekly basis. I think that CPS is afraid that my children will get better if they come home and they will be wrong. See it is not about the childrens best interest. But a contest about whos house is better , who cooks better, and who is right or wrong. There is no danger that is surrounding these children. There has been no proof of this shown in court for three years. These children have never been in danger, never been starved, and not been educationally neglected. Seeing as how my children iqs superceed thier age and stage in life. Many kids who are even well cared for, sometimes are not that far ahead. I have supports that will help me keep my family stable. Also that will help me correct these issues surrounding the children that have been ignored for so long. Provided that CPS can take what they are seeing and understand that thier interferance has only delayed the positive changes to take place. How can you terminate a parents rights, when there is NO EVIDENCE of abuse and or neglect and have them on a central registry for it? Especially since... the one parent terminated never even had custody of the two minor children. My daughter has claimed i have hit her while being watched by CPS workers, who have also stated they do not see what Shenoah is talking about. Where is this coming from? They have not been with me for three years. Shenoah has gotten bruises at the foster home and said a tree fell on her. She comes from my house and says i hit her in the kitchen with a chair right in front of the caseworker. No one has seen this. But this tells me something is going wrong in thier counseling sessions with Sandy Terwillager. I have listened to her techniques while taking my test for Dr.Van Trese. I have heard the way she questions children. Leading questioning of a couple i have seen recently loose thier kids basically for living at a relatives house with thier kids. There are not that many people in this town. The truth is there it doesnt take long to find it. IN a past case with foster children who have already grown up and out of foster homes. Told me that Sandy Terwillager at first is very nice. Then if you dont say what she wants to hear she makes you scrub her hardwood floor with a toothbrush. I have seen her theatrics in court based by no fact and only reports she has read and weaved together to make a story seem beleivable. None of the sessions with the children are done on record . None of them are taped sessions. That is illegal. When my son broke his leg. THey had to tape the questioning session with me present. When the police questioned my son without the video they claimed he said Dan punched me and mommy threw me on the floor. When we were questioned on tape. Erick did not want to comply and the case was unfounded. He therefore broke is leg and arm again. A girl at rollins park pushed him off the monkey bar ledge and he tripped getting off the bed after i told him to stop wrestling with his huge teletubbie. THis was in front of Dan and his son Brendan. YOU can see why people began to shrink from me. We had some bad luck but i cared for my son well. I have always been accused of harming my kids. But there have been people there to witness that i have not. THese people are not allowed to testify and tell the truth. And my lawyer pled me no contest in chambers. Claimed i did not have enough evidence. I spoke with my neighbors and they told me they went through this as well. And they never give you a chance to speak the truth. He told me just do what they say. I can testify but they will never let your witnesses speak. They threaten people with. Will you take responsibility if somethign happens to these children? You can not take kids on a WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS....? That means you have to take everyones kids, real accidents happen, and kids get snatched out of thier homes even now a days. QUIT LETTING OUT THE CRIMINALS AND MAKING INNOCENT CHILDREN AND PEOPLE PAY.
