I have written to the state attorney general - Betty Montgomery, from the state of Ohio, many years ago, in relation to trying to stave off further harm which was being committed toward our children by their own biological mother. May I say that this was only after trying to deal with this matter privately for a very long and protracted with their mother, whom I was married to as well. After this, I had contacted the local Ashtabula County, Ohio Children's Services Agency. They in turn did nothing but protect, insulate and encourage what she was responsible for, and ironically, despite all of the hard evidence against these people, and my daughter Kathryn's own verbal testimony, they wrote it off as nothing, and instead, foisted all of the blame on me. To this day, the true documented facts are screaming to be heard, but all those in power have thus far avoided any penalty for their role in this massive cover-up which they have deliberately perpetrated against myself, my children, as well as my family. They must be held accountable for their misdeeds. I had taken this matter to the state level of Health and Human Services, and as I have mentioned, to the State Attorney General's Office. They did nothing, but ignore the entire matter, as though it was not ever brought to their keen attention. My letters were notorized, and the mail was sent out as registered and certified, as to verify that they had received them. Per my repeated calls to the state health and human services office, after not receiving any acknowledgement from them, they simply 'passed the buck', back to the local agency. They had me attend these semi-annual review meetings at the Ashtabula County Children's Services office. I attended these to protest vehemently to what they were doing, in respect to their deliberate cover-up. They were all cocky and smug, as they had their sheriff deputies present there to back them up. My wife and her mother - 'two peas in a pod', did all that they could to bemuddle the situation and turn it on me, the caring loving Dad - all to the delight of those within this totally corrupt system. At the next semi-annual review hearing, my wife was vacillating toward telling the truth - not 'my truth', or 'her truth', but - 'The Truth'. Her mother was contradicting everything that my wife was saying, trying to blame me, for what they actually were responsible for. She was arguing with her mother over these points, but her mother was spouting off all of these vicious lies like she was some kind of an authority in the matter. Let it be known that they were alcoholics, drug abusers, child abusers, and avid bingo players, and they needed a huge amount of money to support their fixes, as they did not work, so they used the devices of the system to extort money out of myself. To fast forward...I had divorced my wife in 1994, on account of what she was responsible for, and as an adjunct to that, to try to get my four children with me in a safe loving, nurturing environment, and out of that 'hell-hole', where they were at. To fast forward again...my precious daughter Kathryn had gotten killed on April 08, 1999, when she was run over by a vehicle at a high rate of speed by two wild 'party animal' girls who drove several feet off of the road, near a residence which her mother placed her at to babysit for her cousin's two children, albeit immorally and illegally - given the late hours, and her young age. My wages had dropped dramatically, after going through this grief, and from the poor economy. Notwithstanding that fact - the Ashtabula County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA),had arbitrarily, ambiguously and capriciously levied a usuriously high amount of child support against myself, on wages that I had never earned. They kept that amount as fact, for nearly four years, while disregarding the true facts. It was in fact, up to several times my yearly earnings. They were, at one point, levying a child support amount of $1830.00 per month, even while I was unemployed and not even collecting unemployment comp., nor did I receive any other income. This was based upon supposed earnings of $71,500.00 a year, which I had never earned - not even close to that, and it dropped even further after losing my daughter. They are totally vicious, callous and heartless to the Nth degree. I had two different lawyers to represent me, and all that they did was to further harm my position, litigate, and betray me. This had cost me approx. $11,000.00, just for that. They had a warrant out for my arrest, as they wanted $12,000.00, to satisfy their arrearages, at that time. I could only come up with $7,000.00, so they promptly imprisoned me, as a show of force. It cost me even thousands more for the lawyer, who was smug and arrogant, to get out of jail. I was fighting this custody matter in the Pennsylvania courts, simultaneously to that, and I was awarded primary custody (though not the best deal, even at that, considering the true nature of what their mother was responsible for), of my three surviving children, who are Andrew, Stefanie and Alice, but their mother who was further abusing them, never relinquished them to me, and the courts did nothing to enforce the order. Their mother would call the police on me, and then there would be another confrontation to deal with (they would tell me to get a lawyer). They were residing in Ohio at this time. Bottom line: Over two years later, three postponements, much damage to my young children under their mother's 'watch', and tens of thousands of dollars later, my hearing was 'abbreviated' by the judge, who blatantly disregarded my twenty-five evidentiary exhibits, while he openly mocked and cajoled me from the stand. He then told me to step down, and when I did, he told me that my "testimony was rambling and incoherent" (which it was not, as I am very concise and eloquent in my manner) - he then ordered me to report to the county mental health base unit, for further examination. He insisted that I was to pay for all of this, and he then told me that I was to have absolutely no contact with my children (for what reason ?). I later found out that this was one of their favorite well-used catchphrases (rambling and incoherent), which they employ. When we were leaving, I went to give my children a hug and a kiss goodbye, their deputies rushed me, and ordered me away from my children. I subsequently had type-written a twenty-five page letter, all chronologically notatated, along with the twenty-five evidentiary exibits, and I had sent it to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Judicial Disciplinary Committee, located in Harrisburg, PA, against those two judges, and to a lesser extent - the mediator, outlining their egregious misconduct. Several weeks later, I did receive an answer back stating that they had reviewed it and found that no course of action would be taken against those judges - and by the way, should I be surprised about that at all ? My point is, Dianne, is that these people in office, who work under the auspices of this government, are deeply entrenched, and are like mycelia, and they will protect one another. It is a very difficult fight, especially if you are isolated and going at it alone. Yes, there is a hereafter, I truly believe, and a reckoning day of Judgement, for which we will all stand. Predicated on that, you would like to think that they would duly acknowledge that solemn prospect, but they do not, as their consciences are so wickedly seared that they feel upstart and presumptuous in the face of the Lord, and unaccountable. This is a really great venue to start with (sites such as these - to get the word out), but unfortunately for us, it has manifested of itself at such a late hour, after so much needless harm has been committed against us at the hands of others, that we can only try to pick up the pieces and go on from there, but may I say, I will never cower in fear, from these hoodlums, and criminals who play the system like a 'fine-tuned fiddle', as that is just not in my bearing - and they should know that by now. Justice WILL prevail, if not in the end, Dianne, but for the sake of all of our brothers and sisters out there, hopefully we can foment positive change before that time. Please keep the Faith, Dianne, and never let them beat you down, as their day is imminent and forthcoming whereupon they will be held fully accountable for what they have done and for what they have wantonly neglected to do, in order to correct the wrongs which they have created.
