WOW!! That is a screwing if I had ever heard, im sorry for your struggle with the stupid gov't: and how you have to pay out all that money, seems that there still is no justice for fathers and parents who do the right things.
Thank god the new baby was returned to where he belongs, and that is a rarity for justice to be served!! This ads a glimmer of hope to a long fight.

- this brings me hope as well. cps took my newborn at birth june 17th 2009. had preveous tprs many many years ago. they are trying to terminate me this month sept 24th. i denyed their chins and had a hearing. the court ruled in favor of dcs. but i filed appeal on the chins proceeding. and on time also i dont yet know the outcome of that. they got my 7 and 8 year old in this marriage last year in sept while i was in divorce. we later reconciled. welfare dept doesnt always keep its end of the bargain. i complied with all services. classes etc and they still want to take the rights of me and my wife to have the 3 kids. best wishes............from indiana
