In my opinion, the mother is still the "caregiver", and the Father is still the "breadwinner" in the courts eyes. The state can replace the money with social programs, but nobody wants to put the caregiver in jail.
Same thing when they deny visit...
Do note that I'm not sure a writ or writ of mandamus is the type of writ to use in your case, I was using a writ of mandamus as an example, since I'm not privy to the proceedings.

I logged onto my computer this morning, and started yahoo, BAM, adds for a dating site stating “tempt fate, start dating today”, adds for credit cards, Thanksgiving sales etc.

Thanks for writing. I have a lawyer and he is working on this. My biggest problem is that my ex husband and his new wife were psych tested after I caughter her in many lies, even having a dead baby that never existed that she gave the story to the mediator which even though it was logistically and legally impossible for this story to be plausible, the Guardian, my old attorney and the mediator thought it sounded reasonable! I then proved she was lying and she and he were ordered to take a psych eval. The results were hidden by the Guardian except for the summary which stated they both stored twice in the patholocical lair range and she is a bi-polar borderline personality disorder.The attorney I had didn't even read the case before coming to court and did nothing (I even had to stand up and answer for him and I lost. Then my ex fled with the kids and basically he and she (my attorney never used the psych report in court) have done everything they can to alienate me and get me out of the kids lives from lying on the stand, claiming harassment, filing a false report accusing a friend of child molestation to cover up one of their wrong-doings of putting my 7 year old in the bath nakes with their 1 1/2 year old son, and so on and so on. I don't know what these people do to "charm" everyone into believing them but somehow it works. They even lied and the judge (Bensonetta Tipton lane who you will read here on this very site has cause a suicide from stirpping a parent of his rights) did the same thing to me the next day, put me in jail for 11 days for contempt without evidence and wrote an order on evidence that was never introduced in court. I have so much evidence that it is unreal now but I am terribly scared that they will charm the next judge and I will lose. My children have been through hell and back. I am looking for support, groups, reading, anything I can find to assist with the cause and people who have dealt with false accusations.

Thanks for the reply. The way I see it, I'm in an all out war such as most all of us here. We will win. I refuse to cower to Abbott. I wouldn't be a bit suprised to get a lawsuit thrown against me, from Abbott, for slander or deformation of character at this point in time. I've been blasting him a bit much lately. But, I don't care what he does anymore. I'm beyond it. He will hear me, one way or another. I promised him that a long time ago & it still holds true. He will not bury me.

I want to thank you for your help & input on Jim’s site. That was the first time I’ve ever dealt with forums or chat groups. It is quite incredible to understand the magnitude of this problem; in so many realms. I unfortunately, like so many people, don’t have a choice. All most of us have; is our Freedom of Speech. Once again, I am only a novice at these computer forums. I am proud to now be a part of this. Extremely disgusted how I got here; but proud. I will get better and more knowledgeable as time goes on. Greg Abbott & The country of Texas corruptly own the legal noose around my neck. I tried doing things the right way, but now I’m pissed & Abbott will know. Thank you again for your time & help.
