Leonard Henderson is bringing the definitions of our legal system to the light of public opinion. Check out his articles in the Examiner:

Read the stories, submit comments, subscribe, FORWARD WIDELY. Get the word out. I am not pulling my punches. I am saying everything I think I can get away with to expose CPS and their nasty operation.

Hi, I'm looking for case law on regarding civil suits against DCF/CPS, Guradian Ad Litem, the court/county, against judges, etc. I am taking a jurisdictional approach. 1] Parental Rights are Paramount 2] may only be violated with highest order of unfitness, clear & present danger 3] most courts are just a fraud, racketeering, reckelessly usurp parental rights over false, frivilous, fraud. 4] thus, they lack legitimate jurisdiction 5] thus the court, DCF, experts, etc are all open to civil lawsuits 6] only shielding attacks on our custody/rights weakens us but strengthens the enemy - the corrupt dysfuntional custody industry. 7] only when we use the 'sword' of justice, counter attack, file counter claims and civil suits do we cause the enemy to lose blood and treasure, only then will they back off false, frivilous, reckless attacks on our custody, rights, and children.

You have to move in a Civil Proceeding. The Quasi-judicial Administrative Hearings in "Dependency Court", are not constitutional because they are deemed to be "services". You are being processed as though it were charity. You need to file a Title 42 USC 1983 Claim in the State Court, listing all your objections and complaints, with a question aimed for the Supreme Court. Demand a Jury.

Charity, where are you in Family Court?

It has been three years since I went "over the top", and most of my work is on floppy discs stored across the country, so I went back to the Law Library to build the case from scratch. There are the Practice and Pleading volumes for forms and Jurisprudence for case Law, but it is also good to look at instructions on how to style your brief, like being sure to refer to reversible error, and to follow the format the court requires.

I had the dubious pleasure of being pro se for many years, in a very active 7 year divorce, and I wouldn't mind lending a hand where I can. One thing that worked for me was suing the ex, attorney and expert witness in civil court rather than family court, where even if I lost, they still had to pay their own legal expenses. Once I changed from supporting their lifestyle to later diminishing it, they didn't want anything to do with me. It also wasn't intertwined with "best interest of the child" which skews entire cases.

I also wouldn't mind seeing a library of pleadings, motions, etc. that people could draw on. All the pro se people have put in thousands of hours, and much of it could benefit others instead of just languishing on our hard drives.
