we're waving the white flag
As much as I had hopes that we would prevail, my husband I are done.
So many lies, brainwashed children, constantly under attack just because my husband wants to be a part of raising his boys.
CPS is involved and has believed the lies told so now my husband has to clear his name with the Dept of Economic Security who will list him as a child abuser.
We have a hearing this month with our idiotic Judge Brotherton but know he will do nothing to address the issues. Even if he says my husband is in the clear and the boys have to see him, there will only be more lies, police visits, therapy and deep psychological problems for the boys who are suffering. Enough is enough. My husband is afraid that the next outlandish lie will be that he has sexually abused the boys then he is in serious legal trouble. We have decided to stand back so the boys will not suffer and hope that one day they will see what their mother has done and seek out my husband to have the father/son relationship he longs for. God speed and peace be with all of you embroiled in your battles.

What I am thinking about doing regarding insane child support judgements. Ask me now....I have the opportunity to do something on a small scale. But, feel it is a 'God Thing.' I need your opinions. If interested in hearing the plan, please respond. PEACE!

I am with you on your decision. Though, one of the toughest you will ever make in your lifetime.
What else can you really do?
It sounds like your quitting. But, your not.
Everyone has to rest during wartime to regain their strength, stammina, and ammunition. Look at that way....

Hi Wendy; I just read your post. It disgusts me as well; even with all the different scenarios CPS is up against. It makes me sicker to know that whatever the scenario is, they just don’t give a damn. My situation is very much different from yours; however, I wish you and your family all the best.
