Hi, Tom I filed a Federal 1983 on April 22, 2009 ...I am A "bit' hummmm...concerned now because "these" people have been so...power abusing , but i have to stand up to them , what they did to us , my family is awful and my daughter is 18 real soon and my boy is 13 I HAVE TO GET HIM HOME! Thanks for this site and support , I do not feel so alone and SMALL now !

I have not felt like much of a warrior lately. I have not seen my son in a year and my ex had papers sent to me so I can pay child support (In our divorce I did not have to pay him support and he did not have to pay me maintenance for four years suprise he signed the paperwork on the exact date) All it does is open all those old wounds that I have been trying to fix for so long.. My god i can't stand it I really feel like im going nuts. I have an appointment with a lawyer next monday and then I go to court on the 15th of May... Just when you think you can get through a day without feeling so terrible....I miss my son so bad I wish I could go back in time...

I am Mary and my daughter's name is Samantha I am currently in NW Indiana and my daughter is in NC the fight to be reunited with my daughter has been a long and hard battle she is all I really have that means anything in this world.
