My name is Linda McBride and my grandson Kysen McBride was illegally taken by a SWAT team from my house because his dad dared to be a dad! Neither of us has seen my grandson since. Now, a judge in Pickaway County is letting the stepfather (who was my son's ex, who she acused of being abusive) adopt MY grandson over the opposition of my son and all his side of the family. tHE judge threw out his notarized statements because he did not have a lawyer and threw me out of the court as someone who had "no interests in the matter".
Any ideas or suggestions to fight this? (I no longer have money for lawyers)
