PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS OR INTAKE FORM COPIES TO ROXANNE GRINAGE, AS SHE IS NO LONGER PART OF OUR CLASS ACTION SUIT, FOR VARIOUS REASONS...
one being, is that she is asking some of our members for money to file other motions;
this is bogus, not our intention, aside from the fact that the "motions" she is writing, some for a profit of 300 bucks, are bogus! false! AND HAVE BEEN DENIED BY COURTS THUS FAR!! BEWARE! SHE HAS USED SOME OF US FOR MONEY, DO NOT SEND HER ANY!

Is Florida really opening adoption options to Sodomites? I was censored from the pursuit of a college degree at FIU for saying [in a private conversation] that children are being sexually exploited in foster placement with homosexuals, and the courts would not let my case come before a jury.

To BKStrelioff, Wow I agree with you on the false allegations, it needs to stop. The mom or dad can do this to stop the other from having the child. And no one cares if it is true or not. It hurts the grandparent and it helps CPS do as they want with the kids. And they do profit off of children which is unheard of. My grandchild has been taken from me through allegations my daugtherinlaw said about my son. And SC dss has used a homestudy in court, denying me to have him, which has a lie in it and no one will say a word about it!!!! So my grandchild will be adopted as I am the only family member able to care for him... It is very sad.

Government needs to stay the hell out of families. Period.

"Abuse" is a made-up word that only means whatever the subjective opinion that is spouting at the moment wants it to mean. It's a fluid word that has no concrete meaning.

We find ourselves in a society that very severely punishes people for HAVING a relationship. If I punch you in the nose, there is minor consequences. You MIGHT be able to convince a cop that I did it, and it MIGHT end up in a misdemeanor criminal trial that MIGHT go the course and end up in a trial that MIGHT result in a conviction. Which in turn MIGHT end up with a 15 day jail sentence, after about 1.5 years of "hearings" and other delays.

On the other hand, if I simply raise my voice in public towards my own wife or child, I could end up in jail IMMEDIATELY, spend 30 days there without a trial, have an instant restraining order placed on me, be kicked out of my home, lose my job, and spend ONE YEAR isolated from my family. And NEVER see a jury. If CPS gets involved, I might end up never seeing my children again. All because I have a relationship. This screwed up society PUNISHES us more severely for having a family than it does for horrible crimes that might happen between strangers.

The worst part is that people WANT it this way. Every day people are turning to the government to solve their domestic disputes. Women (predominantly) get "unhappy" in their marriage and run to the government to get "that man" removed from her life. Plenty of rich and connected men use their network to get their "crazy wife" pushed to the sideline too. Government has become our protector, and the people keep asking them to do more. Then we gripe and complain when it backlashes into individual circumstances that don't warrant the harsh treatment we get.

Americans as a unified whole MUST wake up and start reclaiming their freedom. STOP asking government for "benefits". STOP giving them authority to violate people's rights. STOP asking government to trample someone else's rights just to get your way. STOP asking for welfare handouts and "free money" from government. STOP voluntarily involving government in your private life!

If there is no crime being committed that is serious enough to justify a jury trial, with expectation that 12 impartial people will find the acts to be criminal enough to impose jail time, then DON'T GO TO GOVERNMENT! The People created this government, so why are we asking this government to enslave us?? Why are we allowing mere ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES to dictate and regulate our most personal and private matters?!??

CPS exists in is horrid evil manifestation today because the vast majority of people are stupid enough to wish they could control how their neighbor raises their children. So stupid people every day are calling CPS to report their neighbor, 80% of the time it's for personal vindictive reasons. Admit it, every time you see a parent treating their child in a way YOU don't personally approve of, the thought of "getting them in trouble" crosses your mind. Welcome to our screwed up world that punishes people more severely for having a relationship with someone else than they do crimes between strangers.

"Family" is a criminal act in America. Get government OUT of the family completely. Abolish CPS. Abolish "family court". And STOP asking them to "help you".

yes i want to be apart of the lawsuit because cps conspired and illegally suspended my visits by falsly accusing me and took my daughter without probable cause such as unfit nor unstable

yes i want to be apart of this law suit against them as well .we lost our kids from cps one dead ,one in prision ,two got stabbed pretty bad due to adopted brother .in the home where they were place at .
